3 TBSP tapioca flour

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 cup sour milk
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking soda

Directions
Cream together butter and sugar.
Add egg and milk and mix again.
Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Bake at 350 for 12-20 minutes. If doing jumbo muffins, it’s closer to 30 minutes.

2 chicken thighs, cooked and shredded
1 head broccoli, chopped
2-3 carrots, chopped
3 stalks of celery, chopped
1 bag frozen veggies
Other veggies of your choice
4 packages ramen noodles, not the spice packets
1 cup of soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
4 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Mix soy sauce, garlic, pepper, and sugar together.
Saute veggies in a pan until soft.
Add chicken and sauce.
Cook noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and add to veggies and chicken.
Mix together and serve!

Place water, oil, honey, and yeast into your mixer and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
Add 4 cups of the flour and the gluten, give it a quick mix and then let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
Add the remaining flour and salt.
Knead until the sides of the bowl are clean, approximately 10 minutes.
Place dough into an oiled bowl and rise until doubled.
Divide into 2-3 loaves and place in oiled bread pans.
Rise 20-30 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

1/3 cup parmesan cheese

1 cup chicken broth/white wine

Boil a large pot of water, add salt, and cook pasta until tender. Reserve 2 cups of pasta cooking water.
Roast the broccoli with salt and pepper in the oven (or air fryer) for 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
In a skillet, brown the sausage until cooked through.
Add the chicken broth and oregano, simmer for a few minutes.
Add the broccoli, pasta, and cheese.
Stir to combine and add pasta water if it seems dry.
Taste for salt and serve with your favorite rolls!

Cook black beans according to your favorite method.
Dice potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes and top with oil, salt, pepper, and grated garlic. Sitr to combine and roast until cooked all the way through and brown and crispy. (I like the air fyer!)
In a pan on the stove, mix the cooked black beans and 1/2 cup taco seasoning and 2 cups of water. Heat to a simmer and cook until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Make your tacos with a base of potatoes and beans and add your favorite taco toppings.

Directions
Stir berries, sugar, and lemon juice in your Instant Pot. Seal and cook at high pressure for 6 minutes and then a natural release for 10 minutes.
Turn setting to boil, add the cornstarch and water mixture and stir until thick. This should only take a couple of minutes.
